This is the long lost extended version of "OUT WEST WITH newt AND milk" recorded 8 years ago.

Now the album has been remastered by Newt Grundy himself, with only a single track cut, leaving the album at an epic 55 minutes.

This album was performed and recorded live in the bedroom of "Freedom House" which was a transitional home for young men, in which Newt lived for 6 months in 2015.

It was there that Newt first became sober, at the age of 21 for the first time in his adult life.

While not being forced to work at the corrupt christian non-profit "Freedom for Youth Ministries", or being forced to work for any of Freedom's various doners, or being forced to actively partake in a number of different excoriating bible studies, Newt would seek solice in his bedroom, either playing music, reading, or listening to Henry's record player while he painted.

miraculously, Newt was able to aquire several different instruments, albeit with some in "unique" states. These were perfect however, for Newt was going record everything open air with a simple cassette recorder he'd purchased for 2 dollars at thrift store.

It was almost as if, some greater force, divinely intervened, and gave Newt everything the humble profit would need, to make a an outsider freak folk album, critisizing christianity.

BTW the cover was a photo taken inside the room the entire album was recorded in. The focus of the picture is actually a real vinyle record, starting Newt's actual great aunt and uncle. He doesn't remember their names, though the names would be visable if the names "newt" and "milk" were not now covering the orginal names. oh well

Thank you to everyone at freedom who was chill. Mostly Michael, Sam, Ryan, and all the dudes staying at freedom house like my homies Conner and Bryan.

Thank you to all my friends in the Culture Chester Collective, and to Tanner Babcock for helping preserve my music because I did not have the means, nor the forsight to do so. Without him a lot of my music would be lost.

Thanks to Henry Knollenberg, who I would talk to frequently on the landline inside the halfway home. Who's time in a treatment center in Denver Colorado parrelled my own fucked up "rehab" at Freedom for Youth. Your friendship was the most important thing to me. I'm sorry I fucked it up.
